Designed for small groups who want an active, welcoming space during the day – perfect for NDIS self-managed clients, homeschoolers, aged care, or rehab groups. 👥 Up to 8 attendees 4 players active at a time, with support workers, carers or parents welcome to join in and play too. ✨ Self-paced fun in a private, low-pressure setting. 📩 Can’t see a time that works? Email us at hello@multimatchcleveland.com.au and we’ll do our best to slot you in. 🧾 Need a split invoice? No worries – we can itemise per participant to suit NDIS claims. Whether it’s for therapy, fitness or just fun – everyone’s welcome.

Cancellation Policy
CAPACITY: MultiMatch Cleveland focuses on quality over quantity, we're not a chain of recreational play centers rather we're a skills based studio. We can accommodate 4-6 active players and additional spectators (including parents supervising). Attendance of more than 6 active players is based on pre-approval only and requires written confirmation via hello@multimatchcleveland.com.au CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS: We have a strict non-refundable and non-transferable cancellation policy. Due to our studio's limited availability, it's essential to ensure that bookings are honoured as scheduled. This policy helps us maintain fairness to both our staff and the public. When someone cancels or changes their mind last minute, it often means others who were eager to book miss out. We understand that sometimes unexpected circumstances arise. In such cases, you may submit a request for an exception to this policy. Please email us at hello@multimatchcleveland.com.au with your booking details and a brief explanation of your situation.
