6 Week Program
Ages 2-5 Years
Build confidence, coordination and movement foundations before team sport starts to feel hard.
Mini Movers is an interactive 6-week physical literacy program for young kids, designed to build the foundations for confident movement, active play and sport readiness.
It focuses on the movement basics children need most in the early years, including controlled movement, balancing, jumping, kicking, throwing, catching and moving confidently in space.
Physical literacy is about more than just skills. It includes the confidence, motivation, understanding and movement capability kids need to participate in physical activity and organised sport.
