Session Details

Make your celebration private, interactive and hassle-free. Celebrate birthdays, team wins and end-of-year events with exclusive MultiMatch studio access for 2 hours and a dedicated MultiMatch host for 1.5 hours of game play to help run the experience. We welcome your group, deliver the safety briefing, set up the game playlist, guide the activities and provide technical support throughout the booking. Your guests can still choose their games and play at their own pace, while our host keeps the session moving. What’s included * Exclusive private studio access for two hours * Dedicated MultiMatch host for 1.5 hours of game play * Curated and rotating interactive game playlist * Arrival check-in and safety briefing * Approximately 1.5 hours of active play, allowing time for arrival, briefing, staggered arrivals and departures * Party table for presents, snacks and hotdog assembly * One slushie drink per player * Hotdog steamer for BYO ingredients * Hotdog serving baskets, cups and plates supplied * Setup and pack-down handled by our team * BYO food, cake, snacks, napkins and hotdog ingredients House rules and safety * Maximum of six active players at one time. Players rotate throughout the session. * Maximum venue capacity is 20 people on site. * At least one responsible adult is required for every five children under 12. * The MultiMatch host supports the activities and technology but does not replace parent or guardian supervision. * Parents and guardians must remain responsible for the children in their group and remain contactable throughout the booking. * All guests must follow the safety briefing and reasonable directions from the MultiMatch host. Payments, refunds and changes A $270 deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due no later than 7 days before the event Deposits are non-refundable. With at least seven days’ notice, you may make one free date change within three months, subject to availability. Your deposit will transfer to the new date. Changes made within seven days of the booking, cancellations within seven days or no-shows will result in the deposit being forfeited. This policy does not limit your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
