2 Hour Kindy / Junior School Group

Service Description

Make it active, engaging and educational! This 2-hour session is designed specifically for kindy and primary-aged children (up to 12 years old). Perfect for school holiday programs, sports days or group excursions. We’ll set up the games and tailor the playlist to suit the group’s age and ability — from movement-based coordination games to fun team challenges. What’s included * Private, secure studio * Quick briefing at start; on-call support nearby * Curated and rotating interactive game playlist * 2 x on-site game attendants to guide and support gameplay * BYO snacks, water bottles and lunch if needed Pricing: * $19 per child for a 2-hour session *Minimum 10 children, maximum 16 Studio Safety: *Venue safety max: 30 people on site *Supervision: at least 1 responsible adult per 5 children under 12 years *Archery, golf, baseball and tennis all require 1:1 supervision of the player Game Play Considerations: For larger bookings, we recommend splitting into smaller groups of up to 3-5 players per game. This ensures everyone gets fair playtime, keeps the games flowing and allows for better supervision and engagement during rotations. Payments, Refunds & Changes *Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your session. *You can reschedule your booking once at no cost if you provide 14 or more working days’ notice. The new session date must be within 3 months of the original date. *Cancellations within 7 days of the session will incur a 50% fee, as this short notice limits opportunities for other group bookings. *No-shows or cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled session are non-refundable. *This policy does not limit your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
