Service Description
Mini Movers SkillFit is a 8 week early years movement program for children aged 2–5 years. This program is designed to help young children build confidence, coordination and broad movement foundations before formal sport or school activities. Each 45-minute session blends purposeful play, functional movement, sport-supported skills, parent involvement, reaction lights and selected interactive games moments. Children explore crawling, climbing, balancing, jumping, landing, rolling, throwing, catching, kicking, turning, reacting and moving safely with others. Mini Movers is not a casual drop-in class, a traditional sport program or a therapy program. It is trainer-led early years SkillFit, delivered by qualified fitness trainers with kids fitness certification. Our approach is confidence before correction. Children are supported to try, explore, practise and progress at their own level across the physical, psychological, cognitive and social domains of physical literacy. Every enrolment includes a digital Mini Movers Workbook to help families understand and support the movement journey.

Cancellation Policy
SkillFit programs are structured program blocks, not casual drop-in sessions unless specifically advertised. By booking, you are securing a place in the full program. Weekly payments, where offered, are a payment method only and do not make the program a week-to-week casual booking. Places are limited to protect coaching quality, safety and group flow. Your child’s place is confirmed once the booking and payment setup are complete. Please arrive on time so your child can join the warm-up, safety instructions and session flow. Late arrival may limit participation in some activities. If your child misses a session, MultiMatch may be able to offer one make-up opportunity, subject to availability, program suitability and capacity. Make-ups are not guaranteed. Missed sessions are not refunded or credited unless MultiMatch cancels the session. If MultiMatch cancels a session, we will offer a rescheduled session, make-up, credit or refund for the cancelled session, depending on the program structure and circumstances. For Mini Movers and other parent-supported programs, a parent or carer must remain onsite and participate where needed. Parents and carers are responsible for ensuring children attend in suitable active clothing, enclosed shoes and with a water bottle. SkillFit supports confidence, movement variety, skill development and fitness through purposeful, progressive activities. It is not a clinical, therapy or diagnostic program. If your child has additional needs, medical considerations, injury history or support requirements, please contact MultiMatch before booking so we can discuss suitability and reasonable adjustments. Participants are expected to follow coach instructions, use equipment safely and respect others. If behaviour creates a safety concern, MultiMatch may modify participation, request parent support, pause participation or cancel enrolment. SkillFit may use sport equipment, functional fitness equipment, reaction lights, MultiBall and other interactive technology to support movement, reaction, decision-making, accuracy, scoring, teamwork and visual tracking. Photography and video consent will be collected during booking. Parents may choose marketing consent, internal/parent-update use only, or no photography/video consent. If consent is not provided, MultiMatch will take reasonable steps to avoid intentionally photographing or filming the child.
